For those of you expecting to travel, here is a bit of travel advice car rental deals and insurance we mean specifically. For instance, did you know that the car you just rented to get from point A to point B and paid rental insurance for is already insured under auto policies that extend to rentals? Yep, but here's the part you might not realize, that if you get a clunker you are probably only covered for $500.00 or so. But not true if you rent a high class ride like a Lincoln Navigator which is covered for much more. But you may have to pay some for that basic collision and liability coverage. Just in case you are in one of those rare instances where you do need it and the coverage you thought the rental company had was not really very good at all.
